Subject: Request for quotation

The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and local Development -REFORM would like to purchase a Server according to the below mentioned requirements.

Please submit your stamped offer in sealed envelope by hand latest by Thursday 16.02.2023 before 14:00 pm.

Server requirements:

Suppliers who meet the above-mentioned specifications must fill the table in the document below.

Submission criteria:
- Interested suppliers must submit their technical and financial offer in two separate sealed envelopes.
- Technical and financial offers must be signed and stamped by the supplier.
- Submission for registered companies only. Deduction of source certificate must be presented along with the price offer.
- Financial offer should be submitted in one currency (ILS).

Notes:
-  REFORM will ask the wining supplier to issue zero VAT invoice.
-  Advertising fees will be covered by the winning vendor.
-  Vendors who fill the table on the request for quotation means that they agree to all terms mentioned on it.
-  REFORM is not obliged to choose the lowest price.
-  Price offers must be valid until 90 days.
-  The company must deliver purchased items within maximum period of 2 weeks to REFORM Association and must cover delivery fees.
-  Tenders will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

- Price offer should be drafted in English, signed, and/or stamped and delivered by hand to the following address:
