Extended Invitation to tender

The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and local Development – REFORM, would like to invite companies for a tender for Centralised printing and design services, latest by Sunday 23.10.2022, 14:00 PM.

  Notes

·  Advertisement fees will be paid by the winning vendor.
·  REFORM maintains its right to cancel or divide the tender.
·  Submission is only for licensed companies.
·  The applicants must provide separate prices for delivery fees and design fees.
·  The winning vendor should be aware that delivery of printings shall be at any day of the week at any destination REFORM locates.
·   ZERO VAT invoices must be issued when needed.
·  Previous experience with local and/or international NGOs is required.
·  Delivering period must not exceed 10 working days after confirmation of the final draft.
·  Any incomplete offers will not be considered.
·  REOFRM has the right to make changes on the design as needed.

 Submission criteria

·  Offers must include the following: Price table (Attached), valid deduction at source certificate, sample of similar work to the required items, and company profile.
·  Companies must submit their offers latest by Thursday 13.10.2022, 14:00 PM.
·  Offers must be submitted in a sealed and / or stamped envelope at our office - The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development- REFORM, Tirawi Building, 2nd floor, Al Masyoun, Ramallah.
