About

We support people in achieving the change they aspire for!

The “Rooftop Debate – Drivers of Political Change” project worked to create a new generation and a network of competent Palestinian political and social mobilisers. These mobilisers were enabled to play a significant role in the democratic processes for social and political change.

The project enhanced the inclusion of youth and women groups in the socio-political sphere. These groups were also connected to a large network of social and political activists, representatives of governmental bodies and civil society institutions.

This project also provided the target groups with a safe and interactive platform, as well as supportive tools and practical skills. Therefore, they were able to engage in social mobilization towards more regulatory and stable democratic processes. In addition, the target groups were able to raise important questions to decision-makers and resolving actual concerns within their communities.

By enhancing the capacities of youth and women to facilitate public debates and engage in structural dialogue, they contributed in shaping public policies that are more responsive to their needs. Thus, they contributed to promoting social cohesion, achieving political change and strengthening the civil peace within society.
