Subject: Request for Quotation- Hall Rental and Meals

The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development —REFORM, is requesting price quotations for hall rental and meals to conduct 6 days in each gouvernante Tubas, Salfeet, Tulkarem, Qalqilya, Nablus through March and May.

Interested Candidates shall submit their offers latest by Thursday, 09.03.2023, 02:00 PM.

Hall Rental Specifications:

Provide a hall for around 25 participants that is open space without any boarders including: (tables, chairs, flipchart, projector and LCD screen, sound system)
Coffee Break for participants including
Hot and cold beverages (tea, coffee, herbs, cold juices, water).
Sweets and savory bourkas, cakes, pastries, biscuits.
Provide Meals for participants (25) each meal should either contain meat, chicken, or fish with French fries and a soft drink.
Arrangement of chairs and tables should be as requested by REFORM coordinator and prior of the arrival of the participants and REFORM team.
The invoice of the activity will be paid based on the actual number of participants according to REFORM attendance sheets.

Notes:

Prices must be valid for the year 2023.
Winning vendor will cover advertisement fees.
Payment will be on the actual number of sessions.
REFORM will make the reservation one week earlier.
REFORM has the right to cancel reservation before 48 hours for free.
WIFI should be free of charge.
Outdoor area is plus.

Submission and Evaluation: Offers will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
