Our Story

We are a Palestinian non-governmental civil society organization, established in 2012 by a dedicated group of young social and political activists. Our mission is to foster sustainable change within Palestinian society through targeted development interventions. We focus on raising awareness among diverse societal segments and equipping them with a skills toolkit that includes capacity building, training, and guidance.

Through our vision and mission, we strive to turn our goals into tangible realities. We aim to create a society where everyone can actively participate, empowering women and youth to realize their full potential and play a significant role in public life.

Our Theory of Change

Transforming individual and collective behavior is a key driver of social development. Such transformation is intricately linked to reshaping deep-seated cultural and structural frameworks into more advanced systems. This involves a critical examination and reevaluation of the values and beliefs that underpin these behaviors.
